Looking for friends and motivation

just startedup myfitnesspal again. I'm feeling a little sad. I've gained 28 lbs in less then 2 years. I'm looking to shed about 65 lbs. I need to be able to get through nursing school and I want to join the military as an officer in nursing. Just looking for some motivation, tips on eating and exercising. Just some overall support. I live in the Shawnee area of Oklahoma. So if anyone is out this was and wants to workout together that would be greag too. Right now I started P90X3. Yesterday was my first workout. Almost died but I made it. :)

    Start small and make your goals realistic. I find the key to success is logging in daily and planning meals. I also was off MFP for several months and have gained 10 lbs back. One thing I know is this program works! Its free, easy to follow, and there is tons of online support. I also am a nurse and getting fit would certainly set a good example to our patients , not to mention making the daily physical demands of our job a whole lot easier. If you have a bad day, don't beat yourself up, Dust yourself off and keep going. This is my plan. You can do this!! I know I can, at least I tell myself this. I want to be in a bikini next summer. Set a goal for yourself. Mine is to ride 5k on a bike by the end of summer. Lots of hills where I am so it should strengthen me up or kill me lol. Good luck!! and stay focused :smile:
