Hi everyone,

I've been doing MFP for a few weeks now and am seeing some progress, but was just looking to find some friends who can be supportive or who need support. I would like to lose about 30 lbs and I'm just taking it slow and steady - trying to make good choices throughout each day. I've been married for almost 10 years and am a mother of two young kids.. I like to work out in the yard and work in our garden, take walks, and swim. I will be 30 this summer so I want to drop some weight and be healthy for me and my kids!

Feel free to add me as a friend, I will be on here daily to log in my foods and exercises and I will be happy to encourage people and it would be great to make some friends :smile:
