And now for the silliest diet we've ever heard of... THE ICE DIET!

This is perfect! Since I cannot run, I will eat so much ice I end up hyponatremic! That will certainly help balance out my calories!! Thanks so much!
Also lately I have been eating only 600 calories every day and not losing at all. So hopefully you can help figure that out without looking at my diary or me giving you any other information.
Also, I don't want to hear any criticism.
