I was wondering for those that have done the Body Pump, how you track the exercise?
I'd appreciate any insight you may have,
Thanks!

I always worry about over estimating so I count it as aerobics low impact and it works out for me around 500cals (250lbs). Although I sweat absolute buckets in the class.0

You will pretty much need an HRM to get an accurate count.0

You can find Body Pump under the cardio exercise section (versus weights). I always wear my HRM during class, however, and use that calorie burn for my MFP log.0

I log it under the listing for body pump in cardio, but half the burn (which is actually what I do for all my cardio).0

I will usually underestimate my activity.0
