Can't Lose Weight? Watch This Ted Talks

The basic moral is: Eat Mindfully. After watching this, my mind feels more at ease. To those people who eat healthy and exercise, but just cannot seem to lose/keep off those LBs, this will ease the pressure a little bit.

It is very important to keep track of what you are eating and obviously maintain a healthy diet of the essentials rather than hamburgers and fries everyday, but this video gives some great perspective on your body and your MIND'S idea of your ideal body weight, and the important role your brain plays in losing weight.
It also discusses how strict diets make you gain weight rather than lose/keep weight off.
