Hello,
I'm a slightly confused newbie. Basically the goal that this site calculates for me is lower than the bmr it calculates for me. I've been eating to the goal, but other posts seem to suggest that I should be eating at least my bmr calories. If anyone could help clarify this that would be great.
Thanks.

If you have a lot to lose then it is safe to eat below BMR, the closer you get to your goal the smaller your caloric deficit should be. the site will not allow you to go under 1200 calories and it is recommended that you eat the 1200 plus any calories you burn through exercise, which on those days would have you eating above BMR if you burned enough cals to do so.0
