quick question :)

So not sure if this is bad. I woke up around 6 and ate oatmeal and ran for a mile and a half then when I got to work for some reason I was so hungry so I ate two hard boiled eggs a sandwhich and a quaker bar. I ate more than half my calories by ten o'clock, but its now 1215 and I am still full and feel really good. I plan on eating a salad with baked chicken for dinner (around 530). My question is is it okay that I ate all those calories in the morning or should I have spread it out? Does it matter?

Doesn't matter. Just do what works best for you - timing has no affect on weight loss.

It sounds perfect. im sure there are going to be lots of opinions. But you are listening to your body! :) There are tons of different time frames to eat and suggestions to eat certain foods at certain times but you are on to something incredible right now. You listened to you body and you are still full hours later. plus, what you ate was really good choices.

    what they said

i find it odd that you can eat that much in the morning and be able to hold out on going overboard. i find if i have a big breakfast im much more prone to overeat for the rest of the day, so i try to keep my morning intake to a minimum

Exactly the opposite for me - big breakfast means probably no morning snack and smaller lunch.

It doesn't matter...just do whatever works best for you. Most of the time my biggest meal of the day is my breakfast. At the end...all that matters is that you're staying within your calories :)
