    Yeah- it's a nice combo exercise.

    I did- I just gave it in the first post that didn't have the link.
    My friend's client was the first place I saw them
    She does them at 2:55
    and yes- the music is awful. He does good work though- he's got 3 girls competing in June- they've shaped up nicely- I think they could be a little bigger/meatier personally- but they sure as hell look good.

    tempted to get this now. infomercial for the new one says its like 40 bucks

    i'm sure there are cheaper rip offs out there, but the paper plate on carpet would be basically the same thing and probably harder.

    i like the idea of doing it with the feet rather then the hands

    the slider things work well for either hands or feet- it's not a new thing. Great workout on different angles.
