i always is a big girl since i was young, i can not stand it anymore. i have to do some changes. that why i join this website, and want to find some friends to lose weight together. people are nice and we can support each other.

    I just joined two weeks ago. Didn't realize that I was as heavy as I was. I am with you on the journey. It will take time so don't expect to be skinny in just a few months...but you will see results in a few months!:flowerforyou:
