Question about goals

If I customize my macronutrients and my goals based on my needs and I am an active person (I accounted for that already in configuring my total y calories) I want to lose 1-2 pounds a week. If I exercise vigorously and I show a calorie deficent - is it appropriate to 'eat that" or not?

You only eat it back if it was in excess of what you figured in with your daily intake. I prefer to set my activity level at sedentary and count all exercise calories. It motivates me to exercise0

If you figured your exercise into your goals, then no, you should not eat the calories "earned" through exercise on MFP. If you still want to log the exercise you can just ignore those extra calories, or manually change the calories burned to "1" (it doesn't allow zero).0

You need customize your macros around your weekly training. For instance, if you train 5 days a week, you simply build a diet based on training 5 days a week. This is the most consistent way and you will see results. Basing your macros each day on the specific things you do is far more erratic and unnecessary.0
