I've discovered that a great fix for me in the evening is the alpro dark choc almond milk drink. It's 94kcals per 200ml which I thought was pretty good. It was certainly the lowest I could find on the shelf. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone, especially in the UK, can direct me to an even lower calorie alternative that will fulfil my 'needs'.
Thanks in advance! x

Not really a milkshake but delicious... I make 2 cold green teas and mix it with one scoop of designer whey (100 calories) (Gourmet Chocolate Flavor is great) I add some more water and stevia and make it into probably a 20 oz shake. It's really good and lots of protein to keep you full or take the edge off.0

94 cakes is pretty low! Do you really need to find something with fewer calories?0
