NROL4W & 1/2 Marathon training?

I am starting training for my 4th half next week with the LRS, 16 week program, 3 group runs per week (including Sunday long run). I was wondering if doing NROL4W would be too much at the same time? I really want to start working on a bit of body recomp. I'm 5'5" and 110 right now, but still have a fat I would like to exchange for muscle.
My conditioning right now is pretty decent, I just finished 10 weeks of T25 and 4 weeks of prep for my last half which was this past Sunday. (Four weeks is nowhere near enough, I have come to discover.)
I had done two previous 12 week training cycles before the T25.
Is this doable?

I don't do NROLFW, but do Strong Lifts. For my first half marathon training, I discovered i had to cut back on my progression for SL, but was still able to do the workouts on my non-run days. I ran 3 days a week (one long run a week), had 3 SL days, and a rest day. No injuries. Just progressed slower in SL.0

Thanks for the input. I guess I'll just watch progression and not push it too much.0
