Two years ago I aimed to lose weight and during the process I developed mild anorexia. When I started to recover from that, I began to move in the opposite direction. I just finished my first year in college and have gained a considerable amount of weight (~40lbs) since the very beginning of my whole journey.
I'm having a very difficult time learning to eat right because all I've ever known is either unhealthily lea than what I need or unhealthily more than I need. I'm scared to write out a diet plan because I don't wanna get too controlling , but when I don't I end up overrating. I'm just really frustrated and if love advice on what to do to get to a healthy weight for me (which would probably be between 135 and 145 pounds). I'm currently about 180 pounds.
