I am using the MFP calorie estimator and logging my calories for the day. Im on week 4 of T25 and started it so that I could have a daily workout that was quick. I originally had no real goal in mind since I met my initial goal a year or so ago. But decided that if I was going to work out I would set a goal of 10 lbs. I can seem to make the numbers budge.... I havnt lost even 1 pound and have lost 1 inch on my waist and hips. I am recommended to eat 1260 calories a day but I find myself STARVING by dinner. I feel like I am never going to lose another pound. Should I just stop trying to lose and just focus more on staying active or should I try to up my calories and see if that works? Im sure I am stressing myself out by focusing too much on all the little things. All advice is appreciated

Up the calories. I hear T25 is very intense and if you're only eating 1260, that's NOT enough for your activity level. Raise it to 1500 and see what happens.0
