Losing the last 10 to 15 pounds

I have never really been overweight in my entire life, but after starting college and eating more I have gained a little bit of weight and would like to loose it for myself. I love working out and have been for years.

What are some of the ways you have been able to lose the last 10 to 15 pounds you needed too?

Also what snacks can you recommend that are filling and not so bad for you?
