motivation and set point?

Hi every one I need some help in 2 subjects. I am going to need some help with keeping on track. I will need some motivation come the middle of June. Also Has anyone every heard about set point and what its saying? If so whats your appion on it? I will also need some help on trying to figure out what I am doing wrong because i am not losing any weight. I go down to 128 then 2 days later im back up in the 30's. I do not get it. Any suggestions?
