Last 25 pounds -- any advice?

I've reached striking distance of my goal weight of 175 pounds. I have only 25 pounds left to go.

It has been a long road to this point.

For the maintainers out there: what suggestions or advice do you have for hitting the final goal?

Have you found yourself sort of automatically stopping your loss when the body hits your end point? Did you start eating more? Exercise less?
