Ok so I just used 2 tsps of kirkland signature unsalted sweet cream butter but I have no clue how to enter that in my tracker. Can anyone help break it down for me.. it says 14g=1 serving/100 cal. but I feel like I used less than that. What is a good way to figure this out.. THANKS in advance for any help I can get!

    I'm pretty sure 1 teaspoon = 5 grams.
    Therefore, 2 tsp = 10 grams
    10 g/14g = 71.4%
    =71.4 calories

found a butter calculator on-line (LOL)!

    http://www.traditionaloven.com/conversions_of_measures/butter_converter.html

    2 tsp = 9.45 g
    (9.45/14) x 100 cal = 67.5 which is pretty close to kvr413's answer!
  • Oh I have the box right in front of my face LOL but I was just trying to convert 14g to 2 tsps.. Thanks for all the help! (also, I know that it contains high volumes of sat fat, cholesterol thats why I used a very small portion to basically "grease" the pan for a semi healthy grilled cheese. Need to get to the market STAT to get something healthier. Trust me..I feel too guilty about the butter right now.
