Working out, Keeping to my calories, not Losing weight

But actually it is okay (I think). I initially lost eight pounds and was very proud with me. I work out seven days a week (cardio and yoga) and have noticed a massive change in my body. My BMI says I am still overweight, but my clothes are much looser and I tried on a dress yesterday that used to be tight. I looked good in it and had the confidence to wear it out. I do get frustrated about the weight loss, but I cannot deny the results. I will keep on and enjoy the results. I would LOVE to lose at least another half a stone, but I realise that this has to be long term and it will hopefully then be sustainable. :)

Don't worry about the weight so much. If you are staying the same weight but are beginning to fit your clothes better anyway that just means that you are gaining muscle and that is very good. Make sure your net calories are at at least 1200 by the end of the day. You need that energy to keep your body functioning properly. I go to the gym every other day and I eat a really big breakfast before I go that can be as much as 800 or more calories. By the time I am done at the gym I usually burn around 1000 or more calories. Sometimes my net calories go in the negatives just a little bit, I know to eat back some of the calories I burned. My overall calories can be above 2000 by the end of the day and my net calories are always around 1200. I lose weight steadily and feel fabulous. I also cut out candy, junk food and eat very healthy and take vitamins and stuff. Another important factor is water, always make sure you get enough water. When I am at the gym I drink up to 75oz.
