Today I am officially under 190 lbs... ok so it's only by 1/2 lb but I'm going to say I'm in the 180s now and there's not a thing you can do about it! :D

12 lbs down, only 30 or 40 to go (Not sure because the calculator on here says I would be overweight at 160, although I used to be fairly fit at 165, so 150 is a tentative goal, 160 is a realistic one)

Anyway, I'm feeling rather lightweight today and wanted to share my happiness.

I'm 5'8 and 150 is a little on the low side of normal weight for my BMI. So, I'm sure you can get there.

In your current picture you look like you don't need to lose an ounce man. the BMI calculator on this site says normal weight weight for me is 115-155, but it only takes into account height (and I'm assuming gender by my profile although it doesn't ask for it) doesn't take into account build, wrist size or anything else. I've always been stocky even when I was in excellent shape, I haven't been less than 160 as an adult. I wrestled at 145 in high school and I was 5'4 then.

But the weight doesn't matter... like you, I just want to look good shirtless!
