Hello. It's me again, Heather. So, yes stress does paly a huge part of weight loss, but I exercise in the morning and in the evening (running 4xs a week, circuit training, Brazialian Butt Lift, Jillian Micheal's videos) and eat the accepted calories, however I know I need to watch some "bad" foods, but not all the time. I have gained some weight and am really unhappy about this. I am not losing the weight or inches, but I look like I am toning more which may be muscle. I am 15lbs away from my goal weight and need some help to get there. Any other suggestions than watching calories or exerciseing, because I do both now. I also feel swollen all the time and feel like my muscles are big, but they don't look it all the time. It may be a build up of lkactic acid, but if it is, which regimin do I do? I have a 5K in a couple weeks and my speed is slower because of all this please help! Thank you:)

Maybe you are over doing it. Do you take rest days? Do you log your food?0

You're eating more calories than you're burning.0

Read this link. Make sure you are doing a weight loss plan that is right for you and sustainable. If you are not weighing (with a scale), measuring & logging your food, start now. To lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit.
