So these last two weeks have been demotivating. I haven’t been seeing the victories that I have wanted to see. The scale is being evil, not moving or barely moving. I ended up feeling very sick for several days, ultimately culminating in not being able to do the Memorial Day Murph with the rest of the base. Honestly, I have been thinking that it isn’t really worth it (and whining that refrain to my hubby whenever I could). Today, I took a look back at the month of May. Expecting to find failure after failure I was surprised to find this list of wins:

Tracked at least 25 days of food…wait, let me recount that. Yup, 25+ days.
Logged at least 30 workouts.
Umm…hello, I ran 9:30 straight.
Box jumps. Yeah, I did 50 box jumps to the height of 18.5 inches. As a WARM-UP!
Thrusters. Below parallel felt like it wasn’t deep enough.

So are they the best wins ever? Probably not, but they are mine and I am darn proud of them.
