Join Me - First annual Chalene-themed workout challenge!

Join me as I challenge myself to complete at least one Chalene Johnson workout...Turbo Jam, Chalene Extreme, and/or Turbo Fire...every day and at least 5x per week. This is just a way to motivate me to keep working my way through Turbo Fire. I have already lost 12 lbs in the first 12 weeks of this program and want to keep going!
