For those that need some guidance/new ideas on what to cook (being healthy) or if you want to know how to eat @1200/1500/1800 calories per day.

This article is great! Even has recipes and nutritional information on most of their meals!

It's a 4 week plan to slim down... or you can use some of the suggestions and make your own meal plan!
