What to Eat After a Morning Workout

I work out in the morning before work. In a perfect world, I would have time to scramble myself some eggs or cook some other form of protein. But in this world, I barely have time to shower and bike to work on time. I know "Wake up earlier" sounds like the easiest solution, but let's be honest, I'm bad enough at getting up on time to work out; getting up earlier just isn't possible for this night owl. When I get to work, I usually eat some fruit or microwave oatmeal if I eat at all, but I know those things aren't really helping fuel my muscle building and my morning weight reps are most likely going to waste.

Anyone have some quick, office-friendly breakfast suggestions that will help me make the most of my morning workout?
