Help ! Urgent advice needed on fat %

Hi

Can anyone help with some advice as I don't want to damage my health

I am 33 5.1ft and always been a healthly 9 stone, I had twins 11 months ago and lost a stone of pregnancy weight since the birth.

I ate a very high protein egg, yogurt , chicken etc because I like the food and work out 2-3 times a week. I don't look underweight but my stats on my scales say my body fat is 13.7% and muscel 45% and water about 60% . All my research says my body fat is too low but I am not underweight just normal and to be honest looking to lose another 4lb to reach my goal

My question is is my body fat too low? or is google just a guide? don't want to be unhealthly

I used a BIA scale and got a DEXA scan (most accurate) on the same day, and the DEXA put me at about 5% higher than the scale. So you may not be as low as the scale said. I also just talked with my trainer about this because I do know that my BF is lower than the recommended "essential" level. He said that as long as I'm still building lean mass (which I am), my body has enough fat. If you're too low, you may actually feel it in your joints too.

That is really low for a woman but those scales aren't always the best method to measure these things anyway. If your body fat was too low, you likely wouldn't have been able to get pregnant in the first place so if you look about the same as you did pre-pregnancy, I wouldn't worry too much.

Are you imputting your height, gender, etc into the scale or is it just guesstimating?

not to be a creeper- but do you have a picture?

Could help give a better look see/and educated guess.

13 is low- like really low- most women have to work damn hard to get to that point.
