Looking for Friends and Support

Hi! I am a 5'2", 50 year old female with 20 pounds to lose--the most I've ever had to lose. I have to go to the beach June 22 and I'm dreading getting into a swimsuit. I exercise 5 times a week (generally "running" 11 and a half-minute miles for 30 minutes) and my downfall is bingeing when I get depressed about not losing. Not a helpful pattern, I know! :grumble: I am worried I'll never lose the weight. I'd like advice from people who have similar food challenges. Seeking motivational, supportive friends! Thanks!.
