    The only way I reign in my calorie count. just because I have 500 calories left, if my protein and carbs are maxed out, I'm done. Google Alan Argon, he's the IIFYM guru.

    I don't necessarily disagree, but I will point out that the Search on these particular forums is terribad. You could still find the answer without too much difficulty in this case, but I don't want to see this Search feature praised too much.
