Anyone with Morton's toe?

You know, where your second toe is longer than your big toe? I find that it does affect my workouts. I'm going to start training for a half marathon soon and was hoping to see if anyone had any new shoe suggestions that can take a beating. If not, where do I go to get a proper fitting?
