Ive started doing the body revolution and wondered if anyone else does too. I'm on week 1-2 doing cardio 1 and fitness 1 and 2. When should I got on to the next lot and how should I rotate the exercises?

I have ordered the band and weights but for the mean time I have improvised by using tins and a rope haha.

Just want to make sure I do it right so I don't get bored.

    I did it a year ago and continue rotating phase 3 as my daily workout. You're supposed to do workouts 1 &2 and cardio 1 for the first two weeks. Should look like: Monday: workout 1, Tuesday: workout 2, Wednesday: cardio 1, Thursday: workout 1, Friday: workout 2, Saturday: cardio 1. Week 2 is a repeat. Weeks 3 & 4 you move to workouts 3&4 but keep cardio 1. Rotate the workouts just like before with cardio on Wednesday and Saturday. Weeks 5&6 move to workouts 5&6 and move to cardio 2 instead of 1. Hope that makes sense. I used Monday-Saturday as my example, but you could start any day, just follow the same rotation.
