Ok. For lint I had given up bread. I did it the entire time. Now, since then, I fell like I'm gaining not more weight, just blah. Do you think it's the bread that I'm eating?? I only eat Mrs. Bairds wheat bread and ocassionally garlic with my pasta.

    sounds like a lack of carbs, they are essential to fuel your body. any grain really the bread(given if it is wheat or grain based) gives you energy and helps your blood sugar stabalize. Good choice on wheat it breaks down slower...so will leave you with lasting energy instead of a spike then a crash

    Fiber and whole grains are needed for your body to balance. You prob lost a bit of weight givin it up but it you slowly eat them but i would reccoment LOW CAL low fat whole grain bread like sara lee or something of that sort and slowly add them in. Thats the best advice i can give. and if you eat not so healthy bread you might feel really sluggish cuz your body is not used to it. GOOD LUCK:smile:
