How To Lower Fat & Increase Carbs

Hello!
I use the mobile app primarily, and something I regularly check in on is the wheel which tells you what percentages of carbs, fats, and protein you are taking in. Mine always seems to be very high in fat and very low in carbs. So far today (as you can see, my diary is open) I've had a spinach salad with some feta, veggies and dressing, and egg, and some sliced ham. To me, this isn't too fatty. Am i in denial? I went from eating terribly a couple months ago (eating fast food every day) to this, and I feel that it is a great change and a good start. How can I lower my fat content and increase my carbs? Is this something to be worried about? I am consistently losing weight but i would hate to be hindering myself and plateau.

Animal products are going to be higher in fats (even the lean kind) than plants. If you're concerned about your fat intake but don't want to give up animal products, then add in more fruits and veggies, which will up your overall carb % and lower fat %.0

Eat rice cakes, or Special K.0

I honestly wouldn't worry about it. If you are eating plenty of fruits and veggies, the fat is actually good to help you absorb the vitamins. If you are satiated with your food choices, keep eating what you are eating. If missing your macro goals bothers you, just change them. ..my fat goal is now at 40% because that's where I ended at on average for a month straight. I eat lots of fruits and veggies with full fat dressings our cooked in olive oil or butter. I eat full fat cheeses, nuts and peanut butter. If loving fat is wrong, I don't want to be right!0

I can't see your diary, but if it were me, I wouldn't worry about it, OR would eat more leafy green vegetables, and fruits. SKIP the rice cakes.0
