Avoid it like the black plague!!!!???!!! Full of salt and MSG. Carbs are good but Chinese food is either fried or cooked with large amounts of oil or butter plus the dishes are mostly carbs. little protein that I have noticed. See if you can get steamed brown rice and a chicken dish and ask for it to be prepared with no salt. Thats your best bet if you want to avoid retaining water for a few days.
Chinese food is evil.
last night I had 1 portion or fried rice, 1 portion chicken, and 1 portion steamed veggies and I still went over on cals.
I cannot imagine a buffet.
I'd say VEGGIES VEGGIES AND MORE VEGGIES, LOOK FOR CHICKEN WITH NO FRIED BATTER AND NOT A LOT OF SAUCE, BROWN RICE IF POSSIBLE.0 -
Please let us know how your dinner went. Do you feel good about it?0
