Here is my before pictures (I am the blonde, this is at my Master's graduation party May 2010 at 175 - 180ish pounds)



Here is me this past weekend October 2010 - 20lbs down at 155lbs (this is the weight I was in high school and my lowest adult weight) I'm with the same friend and I am still the blonde one lol



I am going to try and go even lower...to 145lbs and then stick with it there...that is if I feel comfortable at that weight. I now feel healthier and I have WAY more energy! I can't believe it! Let's keep this up ya'll! We can do this!!!

you can resize them some how with whatever site you used to get the html code ..i use photobucket and it does it automatically ...or you can use your paint program to resize it

I'm aware I have collar bones, but I loved the way they looked when I had lost my weight the first go around. They weren't bulging out in a gross way, but you can tell they were showing. I miss them. lol

Thanks everyone!!! I am going to try and repost the pictures and see if it works this time...

at 155lbs



in the middle probably around 165lbs



where I started around 175 - 180lbs

(this is from Feburary - but I didn't really change weight from there - may...i stayed around 175 - 180 - I started losing weight in July)

I changed up some of the pics so hopefully they are smaller.

Thank you! It's great because now I don't feel like it is hard work..just life I think that is what this site does to you...makes you love what you are doing to lose weight and it no longer becomes a chore...just life
