Campbell's condensed healthy request soups: Most of these are 150 ish calories for the whole can, and you can make several meals or servings with these bad boys!
Cream of chicken, celery, mushroom... Cheddar cheese! French onion, golden mushroom.

Just sauté some chicken and veggies, fish and veggies, or ground turkey and veggies, and mix in a can of these with some salt and pepper, and you can get some really diverse and tasty dishes at super low calories. 6 oz of chicken, 1/3 of a can, and some veggies is a big meal at 200-250 calories. Sweet!

Hello, I have never used the healthy requests soups. Are they also high in sodium??. Have to watch that. The idea sounds wonderful.

More than likely they are. But a lot of companies are offering lower sodium options of their more popular flavors. A trip down the soup aisle can tell you.

Ive done something similar with a can of Rotel, chicken, and some leftover egg noddles lol
