I started my exercise routine thingy. I found my legs and arms got worked out more than anything else. I did crunches quite a few of them, and sit ups, but only felt a burn while doing it. My legs are still sore, and my arms are sore as well. I did numerous amounts of squats, lunges, push ups etc. I need tips to really work on my stomach, and get rid of that flab. Tomorrow Im going to strat running like for 5 minutes starting out and work my way up from that. So please any tips for what I can do to tone my thighs, calfs, arms, mostly tummy though, would be greatly appreciated :D

    I have lost 8 inches off my tummy in 4 1/2 months - cardio burns the fat. What you are doing is great also - just add some cardio!

    Try the Couch to 5K program for running. Google it for details.
  • Try Zumba for your cardio. You will love it! I having been taking it for about 3 months and am still looking forward to going. Great results! I don't have a six pack yet but I sure do see it coming.
