I joined MFP sometime around the beginning of the year to support my wife before she went to weight loss surgery. She has lost over 100 lbs so far and I have lost squat. Neither one of us actually used the MFP website. But I thought I would change that now that she is coming close to my own weight. I figured I needed to stay ahead.
I weighed 130 lbs when I was 20. I weighed myself one time this year and I was up to 199. So close to that 200 lbs that I figured I better get it in gear.
So I started off strong I think. I have ran over 5 miles a day at approx 5 mph for 3 days in a row and today I ran 7.5 miles at 5 mph. I have stayed under the calories MFP says I need by a 200 calories. I haven't really changed my eating habits (except maybe eating more). I have been more conscience of what I eat since my wife has had weight loss surgery.
My goal is to be 165 lbs and stay there. We'll see.
