Getting back on the wagon

Greetings from the Oregon Coast!
I have used MFP in the past and did great. And then I gained it back.
Well, life sent me a few curves (to put it mildly) of the course of the past year and I lost about 30 pounds in the process (not in a good way). For the first time in many many years I have been under 200 pounds.
I go to my local gym at least 3 to 4 times a week. I have been able to maintain the last couple of months, but my eating habits haven't been the greatest. So, I am back to help track my food and exercise, to help me meet my goal.

Welcome back. I have also just rejoined I went from 217lbs to 146lbs but then 3 weeks ago I weighed 158lbs. After logging my food and cutting out the rubbish I'm now back to 150lbs. We can do it and get back on track x0
