hi my name is tina im new to the program my dr refered me to this site ..i have been alone losing weight i have lost 20 lbs since june . i am cutting back on foods and the way its cooked . we now eat fat free foods . i am having a problem not sure what to do im eating 3 meals aday smaller plate smaller portions i buy fruit to snack on veggies to but im getting hungry in between meals . what am i doing wrong not eating enough or not enough protiens . if anyone has any ideals for a low cal snack or any good recipes i would like any help i can get its hard doing it alone .
