This thread is for people who are on WW and MFP like myself. I like these message boards much butter than the WW ones, but I log my points there. Anyone else on WW now?

    im not on weight watchers but i like http://www.skinnytaste.com its a good sight for recipes and stuff

    I tried it and didn't like it. It concentrates more on weight loss than what I think of as healthy eating (no processed foods, for example) and penalizes carbs too much for my liking.

    been there, done that, lost the weight, got lifetime.. worked at ww for two years weight found me again...

    I didn't agree with some of the things my leader was saying/doing so I stopped working and therefore stopped going to meetings.

    I had to get back on track, and this is working for me.. I have taken the basics that I learned At WW and have applied them to what I do here.

    so far 12 lbs in 5 weeks :)

  • im doing ww! im supposed to be eating 23 points a day. most times i eat under that but im trying my hardest to eat all my points. i went on ww when my son was born but it didnt last long. so this is my second time doing it..hopefully it sticks!

    It is important that you eat your points. The WW program does work!

    Remember your Oils/milks/ and veggies in a day and you can get a lot of your points from that alone.

    Feel Free to MSG me or friend me if you like, been through the program, and worked with ww.
