Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can help I'm a pretty heathy eater but I do snack a lot me as this is just how I prefer to eat and I'm getting little bored now so about to do my shopping so need help!

typical day for me would be:

Breakfast- on working days through the week is always 35g porridge oats with 100g frozen berries/ on a weekend two small whole meal toast 2 pouched eggs with tbs brown sauce

Lunch- on working days 80g chickpeas, full tin of tuna in brine, 50g sweetcorn, red onion, celery, cucumber mixed with 2tbs light mayo or salad cream on weekends this verbs usually a Maggy so juicy seasoning bag filled with chicken breast veg, salad and potatoes or a lean mice spag boll with zero noodles

Dinner- usually fish and veg, quorum stuffed mushrooms, odd weigh watchers meal if am feeling lazy or tin soup

Snacks- now I tend to have 2 boiled eggs ever day which I enjoy, a low fat yogurt and I stick to one piece of fruit but I'm a choccy lover so I can drink anything up to 2-3 low fat hot chocolates like options or Cadbury highlights or mi may have a large caramel snack oh jack just getting bit fed up with same old snack any suggestions preferably something sweet I don't want to add another piece of fruit due to sugar content and also doesn't cut my sweet tooth?.

Thanks

I have Greek yoghurt with honey, some muesli or you could any cereal or oats, honey, cinnamon ginger and flax or chia seeds. Filling and practically a dessert, I find myself quite looking forward to it. The low fat stuff is minging, though, have the full fat.

Three Ikea pepparkakor ginger biscuits are 60 cals.

Cadbury chocolate mousses are 90 cals.

The Protein Works do amaaaazing protein flapjacks and cookies. They're fairly high cal - 290-300 or something, you can check the site - but thy can help hit your protein goals if you're trying to, and will keep you full too.

Thanks, I actually buy me shakes from protein works! They are lush I was thinking maybe replacing a hot chocolate with one that could help cherry bake well hmm. I will look at normal fat products maybe it will curb my sweet tooth more.x

Nakd bars - basically smooshed up dried fruit and nuts, some of the varieties have oats in. The banana bread flavour tastes like christmas cake to me! You can get them in the wholefoods sections of the supermarket for about 75p each but if you try them and like them, it's cheaper to buy a box in bulk from the company's website. ETA, they also do protein flapjacks.

I make my own yoghurt pots with rasperries, strawberries and/or blueberries and a dollop of fromage frais (more protein than plain yoghurt).

I also like wrapped up biscuits like Rocky bars, Penguins etc for a chocolate fix - only usually around 100-110 cals for one which I don't think is too bad.
