Anything I can do about bloating?

So when I first wake up I feel really good about how my body looks now but than by the end of the day I get bloated and it kind of puts me down, is there anything I can do to not get bloated after every meal? Or at least breakfast?

    No, I barely have any sodium at all and I drink 8-9 cups or water a day

    I find it depends on the food. I use to have bloating issues. Making my belly stick out. I just worked out the foods that did it and cut them. Broccoli is one food I can eat as it blows out my stomach.
