I saw the GREATEST motivators at the gym today. First I saw a woman who hadda be in her 70s or 80s on the wt machines and doing substantial wt for an elderly person. That is what I wanna be like when I am in my ripe old age still hangin with the "whippersnappers at the gym" and second was a very obese man with his I guess son, who was helping him workout. He was asking him questions and being very willing to change his life the poor guy was cane dependent but Im sure with enough work he will be healthier than ever. I Love when I see people who have that healthy mindset no matter what comes in to play!!!!

The gym just makes me happy. I go in there and I see all sorts of people just trying to be healthy. Well, okay, it's not cool when I see sweat seeping out of places that shouldn't be sweaty, but I ignore those scenes.

So I am 25 and I was TRYING to jog around the park one day, and this couple (I think in their 60s) zoomed by me. I was walking/running so it wasn't too long before they made the whole loop and passed me again. I said, "Hey, you are making me look bad!"

But it was really motivating. I mean, they were way better than me, and I thought, if they can do it then I can too!

Thanks! I have a bunch of her sitting in a pumpkin patch with a pumpkin hat that my MIL made for her. The pictures are ADORABLE. You have to do weird stuff like that while they are too young to think it is stupid. My husband is a photography nut so we have probably 3,000 pictures of her on our computer and she is a year old! I joke that our second kid will only have 5 pictures or something.
