I was just told about this app a few days ago. So i signed up and i am tracking my eating and workouts.

1. Wow i snack a lot during the day! lol
2. does anyone know how to actually get a calorie deduction for weight training to show up? I do weights daily but it never calculates them and i'm always over my calorie intake. Can anyone help with this?
3. I 100% have a sweet tooth..

    Hi welcome to MFP. I use Endomondo to track all my exercise, including weight training. Check it out.
