fodmops diet for IBS

Just wondered if any one else has heard of the fodmaps diet - to relieve or help with the symptoms of IBS

I know this is an old thread, but I'm trying to find a nutritionist to help me start this plan. It's very restrictive, but I've tried everything for my tummy problems

I try to avoid eating too many of the high FODMAP foods. Avoiding them is the most effective thing I've found to help my IBS.

Hope this helps. Apparently a bit complex so helps if you can get a dietician, a nutritionist or a doctor to supervise.
