Ok, I have had 2 c-sections and for those who have had those you may encounter the same problem I have, that dang flap of flab that doesn't seem to wanna go away. Does anyone have any abdominal exercise recommendations that will help flatten that area?

I'm not sure about your particular situation, but my mom had to get a tummy tuck because no amount of exercise would let it go away.0

I had a c-section. The best thing to do is get in a lot of cardio. Jogging helped my abs and I can actually see my obliques now. I did a program called Insanity that is high cardio and has a lot of ab workouts in the program. High knee lifts and scissor kicks are great for the lower abs. You may be able to Google lower ab workout to get more ideas. Bottom line, you have to go beyond doing just crunches.0
