Miscalculating calories

I'm having a bit of a rant. My sister wanted to order pizza and I wasn't planning on having any until I noticed it would fit into my daily calorie limit so, why not? I pre-logged and ordered it. It wasn't until after I ate the pizza that I realized I logged the wrong crust and that in reality I most definitely did not have enough calories for the pizza and am now over my limit for the day :noway: I know tomorrow is a new day, it's just that I've been doing so well until now

Well you can't un-eat the pizza unfortunately! Hate when that happens though - or if I don't log right away and realize later I forgot to add something I ate and now I'm over!! Luckily it is really unlikely to do anything to harm your weight loss.

Totally know how you feel! I once was excited to see the nutrition for jimmy John's "thinny chips" and ate the whole thing....only to find out that a serving size was half the bag, not the whole thing.

Yeah - annoying. But it's not going to derail anything. And maybe an after-dinner walk can knock back some of those extra calories.

Doh! And I just did it again!

I normally measure my cocoa almond spread with a 1 Tbs measuring spoon, but today I decided to use my scale, since that's supposed to be more accurate and won't dirty an extra spoon.

The whole time I kept thinking -- "wow! This looks like twice as much when you put it on a plate instead of in a spoon!

Then I just realized that I'd weighed out the grams for a full serving . . . Which is twice as much as the tablespoon I normally have.

Sigh -- just edited my log to reflect that I had a full serving instead of my usual half-serving.
