Comparing weight loss with projections

I plan the loss 20+ lbs over the next few months. (The same 20 that I have lost but found again the last two years. *GRIN*)
I will work on a plan to not find the fat this time.

For fun and interest... I plan to compare my actual weight loss to my projected. The first two week went well the numbers are within 0.2 lbs of each other. Has anyone done this before? I know there will be swings but am hoping that these two numbers stay within + or - 3 lbs of each other. Has anyone done this before? What did you discover? My hope is that the trend hold up well and confirms that my calorie counting is good.

    I didn't ever keep track, but initially when I started MFP, it was pretty close. Until my weight loss stopped and didn't budge. Then it was just a tease.
