Vitamin A?

Everyday, no matter what I eat, according to MFP my Vitamin A intake is off the charts. If I actually believed that 10 baby carrots were 419% of my DRA I'd be really concerned. Anyone else noting the same issue? Is this a bug in the program? Am I really eating dangerous amounts of Vitamin A?
