Need Friends! Help me stay on track!

Hi all! They say the 3rd time is a charm, and since this is my 3rd time back at it using MFP I am hoping this time will be the last time! I posted the other night about needing friends to help give me a kick in the butt and keep me on track but it was about 3am and not many people were on so I figured I'd try again! I have a long ways to go before I get to my goal, but I am confident I can make it. Finding yourself in your mid 30's going through a divorce is a good motivator to change your life. Please add me and lets help each other make some big changes this summer! :)

    Hi

This is my second time on MFP, to date I have lost a total of 5 stone 7lbs, with around 21lb left to go. Finding MFP invaluable to ensure I keep my calories in check and ensure I work as close to my protein, carbs and fat goals. FInding exercise since Christmas a huge benefit and proud to say I do regular activities, which Ive never done before. Happy to support you on your way!

Ah yes the "eat your heart out....look what you can't have anymore" diet. HAHA I did that one too. Doesn't last like it should sometimes. I am now focused on a change my lifestyle mode....diets are temporary! Just keep telling yourself you have GOT this!

Yes exactly! Haha! I actually got down to my lowest weight a few years ago doing that same diet the first time he and I started having problems. I was doing it the wrong way then, though... eating less than 600 calories a day and exercising for at least an hour or two a day. I can't do that to myself again. This time I want smaller changes that will stick. (I say this as I just finished eating a cookie...sigh)

Toss the cookies into the no zone...get you some Atkins bars and call it good!
